by Steve – June 2025A proper medieval city with narrow lanes, timber-framed buildings and, of course, the spectacular cathedral. It feels like a mix of history and student life, with a good number of shops, cafes and things to explore. You don't need long here, but it's got just enough to fill a relaxed day out.
