Amble, Northumberland
“Quiet Harbour Town with a Relaxed Pace”
by Laura Reed – June 2025

Amble was a nice little lunch stop for us. The harbour is lovely to wander around, and there are a few cafés and seafood places tucked into the little pods by the marina. It's not a bucket-and-spade kind of seaside town, but it's peaceful, friendly, and great for a short wander and a coffee with a view.

“A Nice Afternoon”
by Steve – June 2025

Amble isn't huge, there's not a lot there, and what is there gets busy. But it is good for a wander around. There are a few places to eat, some interesting craft shed in a little permanent market, and some nice views of the sea.
